Reporting to the Digital Marketing Director, the Brand & Partnership manager is directly responsible for the reputability & growth of all Finns Bali brands. This role ensures that all assets associated with Finns, including physical in-venue assets, promotional material, advertising, content production and social media all follow brand guidelines set by the Brand & Partnership Manager. This role is responsible for the ‘tone of voice’ of Finns and ensures that our brand resonates strongly with our worldwide audience.
The second component of the role is the Partnership Manager component. This role is both a reactive and proactive function. The Brand & Partnership Manager will be responsible for negotiating deals with third-parties who are interested in cross-promotion with Finns, assessing their suitability to be associated with the brand, and ascertaining the best way to execute the deal from both a marketing and operational perspective.
The role would be responsible for maximising positive outcomes from these partnerships for Finns Bali. Additionally, the role would be responsible for proactively prospecting for suitable partnerships with reputable brands to help achieve Finns Bali’s revenue or brand growth goals. The role would be responsible for assessing the performance of all supervised positions and providing feedback to the team on how they can improve performance.
