Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the night shift engineering team.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure effective performance.
- Coordinate and manage engineering projects scheduled for the night shift.
- Address and resolve engineering issues that arise during the night shift.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and implement solutions.
- Provide updates to the Engineering Manager and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment during the night shift.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to address issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in engineering or a related field role min. 1 year
- Familiarity with the specific industry and engineering processes.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is often preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge in relevant engineering disciplines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to convey
- technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership skills to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Ability to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
