  1. To give ideas contribution, be creative with innovation in suggesting what promotion might be suitable in his designated outlet in order to optimize the revenue.
  2.  Respond to any questions, needs and desires of guests, and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction.
  3. Respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones.
  4. Expect and react promptly to guests’ requirements and inquires.
  5. Actively listen and resolve guests’ complaints.
  6. Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of special guests (VIPs, SAs etc).
  7. Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff.
  8. Promote all amenities, conveniences and programs offered.
  9. Work together with Outlet manager team to ensure all standards and operating procedures are being followed.
  10. Manage Bistro C, Sports Bar bookings though TableCheck.
  11. Mange events bookings.
  12. Work close to Concierge and Membership on WOW strategy program.
  13. Comment on daily F&B report about the work done on the day.
  14. Be familiar and interest in industry’s latest trends.
  15. Ensure fair and equitable discipline, following company regulations.
  16. Attend F&B team weekly meeting
  17. Collect as much guest feedback comments as possible.
  18. Constantly update on costumers database on TableCheck
  19. Contact costumers, inviting to celebrate special moment / event in our venues.
