  • Acting as the first point of contact
  • Managing diaries and organizing executive’s meetings and appointments
  • Liaising with management, staff and partners/vendors
  • Handling high level and confidential documents and reports directly to GM
  • Organizing travel arrangements any related matter with travel agents/third party
  • Collecting and filing documents
  • Organise meeting materials
  • Taking accurate and detailed minutes of meetings and distributing
  • Comfortable in both social and work environments with senior management and all staffing levels
  • Inbox management
  • Manage and work with confidential material
  • Capable of managing and high-level projects
  • High level of confidence
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Excellent in English and Indonesia (verbal and written)
  • Overseas working experience is a big plus
  • Possess previous experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant
  • Possess good communication and people skills
  • Good networking skills
  • Good characters: integrity, accountability, work ethics and willing to collaborate
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Pro-active. Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • A detailed oriented person
  • Strong, highly developed problem solving and project management skills
  • Discretion and utmost respect for confidentiality
