Description
FINNS Beach Club is seeking a Senior Manager of Security Guards to join our team in Bali. The ideal candidate will be an Indonesian national or citizen who is fluent in both Indonesian Bahasa and English. As the Security Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 130 security staff.
Qualifications
- Indonesian national or citizen
- Fluent in both Indonesian Bahasa and English
- Minimum proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience in people management and motivation, with the ability to lead and develop a large team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in event management and dealing with large crowds
- Ability to handle difficult situations with a calm and professional demeanor
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans that align with the company's vision and objectives
- State - any prescribed security training, licensing and registration - (Gada Utama Certificate, Safety Certificate, Weapons Training, Security Courses etc)
- List any Overseas training or educational experiences related to this position
